Voiceflow stopped working - LLM response timeout. Please retry

I came quite far with my voiceflow chatbot but now everything stopped working. I am unsure if it is me or the platform generally stopped working. Maybe I’ve hit a rate limit for the trial? I thought 14 days of doing whatever you want… Should I really just try again tomorrow? Anyone familiar with this error? I feel stuck but generally don’t really know what I did wrong… Should I contact support?

I get:

LLM: Falling back to NLU
LLM: LLM response timeout. Please retry.

OpenAI status looks fine: https://status.openai.com/
Also Voiceflow status looks fine: https://status.voiceflow.com/

I would be more clear in steps to reproduce but I literally just write a first message so not sure what other info is important…

Sorry @JohannesM but this is not a support forum for Voiceflow. But if you have Bolt.diy related, you will find many people here to assist.

I would suggest creating a ticket through Voiceflow or checking their forums. And if the flow has never worked, maybe check their docs or a tutorial.

But yes, you are probably correct; you likely hit some sort of daily or trial limit but there are several possibilities.

I assume though @JohannesM you are asking since you want to build a Voiceflow agent for the Hackathon. So I do appreciate you posting a question here! I would create a ticket as aliasfox said though, I’m not sure what could be going on with Voiceflow! Certainly could be a small outage like you suggested could be a possibility.

Thanks folks! I did consult support meanwhile and they answered. So here you can see your token usage and indeed I’ve hit the brick wall…

So I am now pro user on voiceflow and it works again…
