Hello friends! I am very new to the AI scene, especially to coding. In fact, I have no coding experience or knowledge like what so ever. I am not just looking for someone to teach me things. I would love to make friends who actually know what they are doing, and are willing to spend time talking about this stuff and helping me work out possible issues that come up from time to time. Or, at least guide me in the right direction to figuring it out myself. Because, one needs the will power of god them self to do this it feels like. At the center of everything I just want to do something I can enjoy. And trying to find all of this information on my own with no one to help makes it feel really discouraging.
So, if there is someone reading this who wants to make a friend, and geek out about AI stuff with, but also willing to help guide someone please let me know.

Ahhh, ur goood! Replied fast lol that’s awesome. So, I say I am new, but I have been twiddling with n8n for the past few months now. I still say I am new, because I still consistently run into issues that are due to my lack of knowledge on the subject. I am currently working with no code applications (n8n, flowise), but honestly my dream is to be able to create a neural net from scratch one day, and train it how ever I see fit. I am a long way, ik, but I also do not really know where to start. Since I am trying to learn everything on my own, it makes it really difficult to get the right information for my needs.
So far, I think you are the best AI youtuber when it comes to being beginner friendly, and easy to understand. Rather than use buzz words constantly, you take your time and explain in common every day language how everything will work.
I am extremely happy for you because of this. However, I do gotta say having only one really good source from youtube is still really hard.
There is only so much content you can put out, so much questions you can answer.
I hope that you are as fast as you were with the last reply lol, as I literally can not wait to learn more about the subject of AI and actually have it be explained well.

it’s great that we have people with varying skillset on here! i think you know more than i do when it comes to n8n 
but i do have experience with learning programming languages and various complex tools like for image and 3d model creation, and the common theme here is that you’ve got to start with a tutorial, even do several ones that do the same thing, because different tutorials and the people who make them can give you different ways or explanations on how to accomplish something.
and then with what you’ve learned, experiment with it, play around, fail a lot so you can see what works and what doesn’t work. failing is even more useful than succeeding, when you are in a learning stage, because then you will succeed much more likely and have much faster progress later on, because you know how to solve problems by drawing parallels from similar problems, or you can avoid some problems in the first place.
keep in mind that failing (running into a problem) will happen, so don’t give up - and once you run into a specific problem, it’s best if you post a screenshot and describe what you’re trying to do, what you did and what the error was that you received - keep in mind that not every error is code / component related, but can be a logic error, maybe it requires you to rethink your approach.

Currently, I honeslty do not know what I want to work on in n8n. I got all of my issues figured out that I was having, and have moved to another project now. Now, I am trying to have an AI code a really simple AI agent creator app. I have literally no code experience at all lol, so this is kind of an ambitious goal. But, it is something I really wanna do. Welcome to the “no code experience” club lol. Same here, I have no prior coding experience but absolutely love using Windsurf IDE to handle all the heavy lifting!! n8n has always been in my sights to get working with some automations to help me make a few posts to my social media accounts but the biggest roadblock is setting the platforms to accept the automatic posts.
Big platforms like Make and Zapier can get you into your accounts with no issues but if you try to do it manually yourself you have to jump over many roadblocks, not fun.

oops, the reply got cut off lol. I said that I want to bridge the gap between AI agents and the average person. While AI agents are getting real popular rn, they are absolutely no where near common place use. I think they can be, and I want to make it happen.

That sounds fantastic! I’ve been obsessed with agents for a few months now and I’ve really been trying to learn more about Pydantic agents. I have used Cole’s code to create some of my own agents for scraping docs from websites, which all have been related to AI and coding. I love making simple UI’s (like Cole showed us) to interact with the agents.
I would really love to make a UI that has a place for an end user to enter their openAI api key and be able to select from a variety of website docs to interact with. I have made some dedicated apps for one set of docs but it would be great to be able to handle with more than one. I did find a similar solution but it’s using a Chroma DB and I don’t think it’s robust enough. I may attempt to use that as my base code and try to use Windsurf to change it out to Supabase.
Would love to chat with you more and maybe we can work on something together!
