Hey @ColeMedin,
I saw the hackathon about a week ago and have poured some serious hours into getting submission ready for a pretty ambitious project.
tl;dr - I had to do a U-turn on the major project design yesterday when I realised I had gotten in way too deep rolling my own graph data structure that assists my agent.
I replanned, learned about RAG, and realised this was the way to go. I’ve got docker spinning up fastAPI exposing the endpoints, Celery/Redis handling asynchronous task execution and a branching ‘pipeline’ of agent nodes to handle the various types of input I would expect from my users.
There’s twenty minutes left on the clock…there’s no way I can make it in time now. I’ll miss the hackathon, but when this is finished could I pass it your way so you can see if you think it’s good enough to host on your platform?
Thank you!

Hey @rickhallett, this sounds like an absolutely incredible agent! Nice work!
The deadline wasn’t 7:00 AM CST, it was 7:00 PM! But also, and communication is going out super soon for this, we are extending the Hackathon by one week since quite a few people including yourself could really benefit from that extra time!
I would love to see your agent in the competition

Oh maaan…haha, I just went from sad dog to mad dog in a heart beat!
Well, in that case, game on!
Thanks again for all your hard work in this space. I’ve been following a while now and I think you’re putting out some of the best content on YT in the AI sphere.
There’s only one scene that captures this moment for me…
Time to turn and burn

@ColeMedin Stefan and I are finished with our submissions but could use the extra time as well for polishing. Is it ok to submit a google drive link here oTTomator and continue editing till the deadline and adding resources like youtube video etc? Like that we can submit already today to hold the “mental deadline” and also continue polishing till the “factual deadline”.
Haha I love it, happy hacking man!
Thanks for the kind words too, that means a lot!
Feel free to just submit twice with the form on the Studio!
Great another week!
@ColeMedin I looked at your n8n video, how do you get to the canvas editor screen to edit the workflow? I am using the cloud version of n8n.

Yeah I’m really hoping everyone will appreciate the extra week!
Could you clarify what you mean by the canvas editor screen? Do you mean when I expand the view for the system prompt?
Like the 4:38 mark, how do you get to that view to start building your agent? Seem like I’m missing something.
Oh do you mean when I click into the agent node to edit the system prompt and other settings for the agent? I just “double click” on the agent node! Let me know if you meant something else too!
