You could delete all containers and start from scratch. As long as you dont delete the volumnes, the workflows etc. will stay there, unless the few default workflows which comes with local ai => these will be imported again, which means it will overwrite yours, when you did not change the name of them and edited the original ones.
Anyway, I would recommend backing up all your workflows before doing it. As the free version dont support backups => just seleted everything in each workflow (CTRL+V) and copy it (CTRL+C), then paste it in an editor and save it somewhere.
