How to create agentic RAG?

I recently watched Cole’s video on agentic RAG

and I’m curious, would something like this be possible in n8n? I haven’t seen anyone implement it this way on n8n, so I’d love to hear if it’s possible or if there are any workarounds

I would say yes. You can create multiple different agents and trigger them depending on the context.

Yeah you certainly can! The main RAG tool would just be the “vector store retrieval” tool built into n8n. And then the other tools to fetch information from the database could just be with the Postgres tool nodes!
