Is this file coming from Google Drive? Make sure that in your “Download from Google Drive” node you have the option enabled to convert Google Drive file types, and have docs convert to text documents!

I have looked at the flow and it shows Text under Google Doc. I am still getting the same error. The system only allows me to place one screen shot. Than you for taking the time to help.

Ohhhh this is because a “Google Doc” file is actually a different file type than .docx. Could you convert the .docx to a Google Doc first? You could do this manually in Google Drive.
