The LM studio server is running with a model loaded and in the console oTToDev is successfully getting http:/127.0.0.1/v1/models but the oTToDev model drop down remains empty.
will it still run or dose this keep it from running?
It does indeed still run, It just reports it as the Default claude-3-5-sonnet-latest (LMStudio). Unsure if it effects functionality
can you please make an issue on the github page so i can look at it tomorrow

Yes it is working in the latest with the setup I am using I did have to get the ip address from my Ethernet adapter and enter in though
