I installed pnpm, and run pnpm run dev

Did you put your key or url of the model you want to use?
Then select openai from the menu and give it a try.
To obtain the hud from the original project, just download it, but you can only use Claude’s API.
If you are using vscode what does it say?
check your api key first.
if you want dark mode then you can turn that on from the left side sidebar.
once you have placed your api key then goto home page and refresh the page and try again
